1. Which countries do we ship to?

This store was created to serve customers outside the European Union. It is specifically aimed at customers from the United States. Customers outside the United States can also place orders.

2. Which company handles shipping. How much cost? Can I get a tracking?

All packages are sent by Fedex. Each package has tracking. Please do not ask about tracking because after sending the package, each customer receives tracking by email. The shipping cost is in the price of the goods. This means that you only pay the price of the goods and we do not add anything else.

3. What means a latex is chlorinated.

After gluing, latex clothes are rinsed in a chlorinating liquid. This treatment refines the latex surface. Chlorination makes a dramatic difference in the ease of putting on latex clothing and the comfort of the wearer. We have found that once our clients have experienced the comfort of wearing chlorinated latex, they never want to return to latex without chlorination. Chlorination is the process of enriching latex with chlorine to make the material softer and more pleasant to touch. This process also improves the garment in the following ways:

- Chlorinated latex does not require talc in order to be worn. It is easy and fast to put on.
- It keeps its shine better after the application of latex polish.
- Chlorinated latex becomes more resistant to oxidation.
- This process removes 95% of the smell of rubber from the garment.
- Chlorinated latex is sterilized and clean.
- It is not necessary to repeat the process; one chlorination fixes these features in the fabric for the life of the garment.
- Chlorination also has a disadvantage. Chlorinated clothes cannot be repaired.

4. How to create an account.

Our store was created to simplify shopping. You can order all products without creating an account. That is why there is no login in our store. ordering is really easy. Please read the next tip.

5. How is payment processed in the store?

Payments are made via PayPal. If you are not a PayPal user, you can also make a payment, you must select the card payment option.

6. How long does it take to process an order?

It takes 5 business days, and 10 days for M-2-M. FedEx usually takes 3-7 days to ship your parcel worldwide. For M-2-M we count the time from day we receive proper measurement of customer.

7. All your latex is chlorinated? Can I order not chlorinated?

As standard, all our products are chlorinated. However, you can order non-chlorinated.
Write this request in the "REMARKS" field when ordering.

8. All of your catsuits have a front zipper. Can I order a back zipper?

Yes, back zipper is possible.
Write this request in the "REMARKS" field when ordering.

9. Why we do not use a protective flap.

We don't do this as a standard because in our opinion it's a useless, annoying solution. It makes it difficult to fasten the zipper or blocks it. The zipper doesn't have visible teeth on the inside and doesn't rub the skin. It can only be used in the case of very hairy skin. If you think it's necessary for you, write it in the comments. Then we'll do it for free.

10. What can I change without additional payment.

We can made some little modification without a fee.

You can ask about:
- Back zipper instead of front zipper.
- Catsuit without chlorination.
- Breast zippers.
- Low neck instead of collar.
- Protection flap under zip.
- Colors. If a catsuit is two colors you can change the colors as you want.
If you want that changes, enter it in the REMARKS field.
If You have another idea ask before order.

11. Why is there a REMARKS field in the order form?

In this field you can enter comments regarding the shipment of the goods.
Use it also if you want to make any changes to the goods. Read the next post what you can change without additional payment.

12. Why do we need your phone?

We never call the customer. However, FedEx expects the recipient's phone number. We can't ship a package without a phone.

13. Where is the address form?

The address form is located on the PayPal website. When you proceed to checkout, PayPal will ask you to provide a shipping address. We will ship your package to this address. You cannot change it after you have paid.

14. Can I wash latex?

Yes, you can hand wash latex in warm, but not hot water. Never use washing powder. Instead, use dishwashing liquid. Do not use a mechanical dryer or iron. Do not dry in the sun.

15. Can I return the purchase?

Yes, we accept returns. You have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason. You pay the shipping cost. M-2-M products cannot be returned. Important! Before the return, write to us. We will provide you with a customs document that you must stick on the package.

The company has been located in Poland since 1992. We have sold over 10,000 suits to 48 countries and 5,300 on eaby. We make suits in 5 working days, and worldwide shipping by fedex usually takes 7 days. All suits are chlorinated and we do some modifications and also make to measure.

Why we run this website.

We have sold 5300 catsuits on eBay in five years. Customers often asked for alterations, especially custom tailoring. However, this is not possible on eBay. eBay gives us 5 days to ship, which is not enough time to fulfill such orders. It is also not possible to make a custom suit for this price on eBay. We expect to charge an additional fee of 50 for this service, and eBay does not allow additional fees. Finally, we decided to create this site for fulfilling such orders.
The offer in this store is also larger than on eBay. Some of the goods aren't and will not be available through eBay.
